What to expect when engaging with our firm:
-
Simple and moderately complex estate planning and probate cases are billed on a flat fee basis.
We offer high-quality, tech-enabled service at competitive rates.
-
We are available in-person or virtually throughout Minnesota.
We respond to client inquiries promptly.
We make document execution easy through solutions which comply with Minnesota’s Electronic Wills Act.
Upon request, we meet with clients during evening hours or weekends to accommodate their busy schedules.
-
We use both intake forms and an interview to uncover your values, goals, and the details of your financial situation before giving any recommendations.
With client permission, we bring your financial advisor or CPA into the process to ensure your advice team is working together.
-
Tax laws and the probate process are complicated, but we take a guided approach to ensure you are comfortable every step of the way.
Our goal is that you never feel rushed or unsure about the how or why of a recommendation.
-
At the end of our engagement, you should feel confident that you received the best service possible and that we will notify you if changed laws require a revision to your plan.
